Ayva is due Sept. 20th. She is already a lively little girl and will have so much to share with the world. Both sides of our family have long awaited a little girl and she will be loved and spoiled!

HOUSE PROGRESS (AUGUST 25TH)
Our current work in progress, of course, is the kid's room. After tryin to get around taking off yucky walpaper, we have found that is the only option. We finally finished removing all the walpaper today, including the ceiling. I believe this has taken us about a month. Not solid work, but lots of debating inbetween. Next, we will have the help of Bret to texture the walls and once that is done we can finally paint!! HMMM... will it get done before Ayva is here? That is the question. Either way, I will be thrilled to have it done, and can't wait to see how it looks finished.
TYLER UPDATE(AUGUST 25TH)
Tyler started preschool monday, august 18th. Yes alot sooner than I could have ever imagined my little boy in "school." It's not really much different that what he was doing in daycare, and it's in the same place. They will start more structured learning type things in a week or so. Beings that he wont start kindergarten till the year 2011, which I believe puts him in like 3 years of preschool, I have a feeling he will be very ready! This year he is only only 10-12 hours a week. Probably something similiar next year too, and the year before he starts kindergarten, I think we will up it to 3-4 half days or something. Ayva will probably not start preschool till she is at least three, but circumstances could very well change by that time.
Tyler is such a energetic, funloving kid who like most two year olds tends to only listen some of the time. Actually he is a pretty good listener, he just likes to be the One to do certain things, like open and shut the doors, and is starting to try more and more to get himself dressed. Potty training is very slowly but surely starting to come along. For the most part at school, he is potty trained, since he gets to watch and do what the other kids are doing. At home, it depends. If we are not in a hurry or have time to actually get him to sit on the potty, he does pretty well. He tells us that he is not supposed to pee or poop in his diaper/pullup/undies but continues to do so regularly. It will come, and we are not forcing it on him. There has been alot of changes in his life in the last couple months and in the future coming months plenty more to come.
Tylers "girlfriend." July 4th 2008
OTHER NEWSWell, today I have been on the phone more than i usually am in a given month. Making a new friend and getting ready for my girls' nite in party tomorrow night. My "mom" Connie, and friends Tandy and Nicola will be attending, and hoping to get at least one more. Maybe our neighbor. It sure is hard to find people not working, not on vacation or who can get away from the kids for an hour in the evenings!

Our next doc appt. is Wednesday, the 27th. Not sure if he will be checking me again or not, but if so, I hope it doesn't cause me to actually go into labor. But at the same time i would like to know my progress. I will let everyone know how it goes and what he says. We are less than a week away from being considered full term, so basically anytime we have her is good, we would just like her to be a little more plump and know she is healthy.
I would like to do alot more with this site and make it a place you can come back to often to know just how we are doing and put lots and lots of pics up. Keep checkin back for updates!!!

Tyler and that little girl are just so adorable sitting together. That is one of those Hallmark card pictures. I know you will cherish that day for a long time. When Tyler gets older you can tell him that was his first girlfriend. He looks so much like you.
